I’ve written about the work of Adam Sicinski in previous blog posts noting his extraordinary visual mapping talent.  Recently, he selected a few of his favorite mindmaps and included them in a blog post.

The 3 mindmaps noted below were among his favorites.  In my humble opinion, these mindmaps can change your life – for the better.

In addition to a free PDF download, Adam also provides a detailed overview of each mindmap.

Below is a graphic of each mindmap, his introduction, and a link to the full article with mindmap download:

Blueprint to Success Mindmap:

blueprint-to-success

Adam’s Introduction to Blueprint to Success:

“Achieving success in life is somewhat perceived as a psychological science built around a mathematical formula of sorts. When you mix this and that ingredient together, and you add these two digits you will essentially transform your life and achieve the success you have been longing for all this time. If I only knew that when I was a teenager :)

  • Is it really as simple as this?
  • Can we essentially follow a formula that will lead us in the right direction towards the achievement of our goals and objectives?

The answer to that is “Yes” and “No”. Yes, there is a formula to success that if followed will help guide you towards the achievement of your objectives. And No, the formula is flawed because it cannot take into account every single step you are going to personally take along the journey towards your goals. As we have matured over the course of our lives, we have been conditioned somewhat differently by our peers and environment. This process of maturity, which has been discussed within the MasterMind Matrix, is built upon a unique individual journey that must be corrected and adjusted at each stage or segment that may be leading to a breakdown of the end goal or result you would like to achieve in your life. Make the necessary adjustments, correct these limiting habits, and you will progressively clear a path towards the outcomes you desire to experience in the physical world. On the other hand, neglect these breakdowns and you will consequently push yourself down the Path of Self-Destruction and unfulfilled dreams and desires. Please have a read of The Psychology of Personal Success & Achievement for further information about this topic.

The Blueprint to Success IQ Matrix is designed to guide you along the right path, and will help you to develop empowering daily habits that will instill the necessary patterns of behavior to assist you along your journey towards your goals and objectives. The discussion that follows is presented as a short list of simple steps and guidelines that we must all instill into our psyche if we seek to experience the sensations of “success” within our lives. Follow these steps to the letter, incorporate them into your daily habitual ritualistic patterns of behavior, and you will progressively develop the mental strength that is required to achieve your life’s ambitions.”

Never Give Up! Never Quit! Mindmap:

never-give-up-never-quit

Adam’s Introduction to Never Give Up! Never Quit!

“Life always seems to present us with innumerable challenges and problems on a daily basis. It throws left hooks when we were expecting right hooks. It gives us Apples when were were desiring Oranges. It even presents us with seemingly awful surprises that we weren’t expecting, and it bloats us with unresourceful emotions that tend to tie us down to a life of mediocrity and unhappiness. However, it is not so much what happens to us that actually makes a difference, it is rather what we do with what happens to us that determines where we will end up, what we will have, and how we will be transformed by our experiences. The Never Give Up, Never Quit IQ Matrix delves into the details of the problems and obstacles that we face on a daily basis, providing us with a means to get through those “so called”low moments of our lives when everything seems to be falling on top of our heads.

The Never Give Up, Never Quit IQ Matrix will first help you to identify the different faces of the obstacles, problems and challenges that you may face on a daily basis. Secondly, we will take a look at the reasons behind these obstacles and what they really mean to your life and future endeavors. Thirdly, we will touch on the aspect of developing a Mindset Grounded in Determination that will help you push through any challenges that life presents you with. And finally, we will discuss how to create unstoppable momentum that will guide you towards the attainment of your most passionate goals and objectives.”

Keys to SMART Goal Setting Mindmap:

smart-goal-setting

Adam’s Introduction to Keys to SMART Goal Setting:

“Whether we like it or not, goal setting is an integral and important aspect of all our lives. For some of us, this is a conscious process, however for many others it is an unconscious act that has very little direction or purpose. Some people may even be surprised to learn that they are actually setting goals on a daily basis. If you reflect back on your day, you will realize that you are actually setting and achieving an immeasurable amount of goals as you progress throughout your day. Some are relatively small and seemingly insignificant such as deciding what you will eat for lunch, while others are more important and relevant to your future endeavors.

There is in fact a method and process to goal setting that allows for greater clarity, focus and brings out the natural resources of motivation buried deep within you. This post will delve into some detail about the benefits of goal setting and how it can literally transform your life overnight.

Secondly, we will take a look at some very important and critical rules of goal setting that must be adhered to if you seek to create powerful, motivating and moving goals.

Thirdly, we will delve into the details of the extended goal setting process. In fact, you will learn that there is much more to goal setting than just listing down a bunch of things that you want to achieve in life. Next, we will identify some techniques and strategies you can use to constantly keep yourself motivated and moving forward towards the attainment of your goals and objectives.

Finally, we will look at some goal setting obstacles. These are standard excuses and reasons that people give on a daily basis that prevents them from setting Smart Goals.”
