I have been a big fan of iThoughtsHD for the iPad for a while now.  I use it on a regular basis and find it to be an excellent mobile mindmapping application.

However, even with the praise I’ve given this app, there has always been one thing missing: folders.  Before the recent update, there was no way to effectively organize all your mindmaps into categories within the application.  You just had one long list of mindmaps.  Sure, you could put an icon next to the map title, but that’s not the most effective way to organize mindmaps.  The most effective way is to use folders.  And now iThoughtsHD has them.

So, now I can say without reservation, iThoughtsHD is the mobile mindmapping application you definitely want for your iPad!
